This project is a manifesto for the enhancement of residual urban spaces and reinforces the momentum of La Défense esplanade at ground level while revealing its underground by installing kitchens there.
It creates a new connection between the two levels and gives the place a new function by unfolding an extensive gastronomic offering.
Enia architects was founded in 2003 out of a friendship, a passion and a common interest to experience places and cultures. Enia architects is managed by three partners with multidisciplinary background, Mathieu Chazelle, Simon Pallubicki, Brice Piechaczyk, and counts 70 employees.
