This research, funded by the Fondation Bâtiment-Energie, aims at creating a reference document with technical and architectural solutions for the use of public and private contracting authorities confronted with renovation projects of accommodation facilities for the elderly. The goal is double-sided: It aims at, on the one hand, increasing the resident's comfort, and on the other hand, reducing the building's energy consumption.
